Chris Evans has uncovered that he's venturing down from the job of Captain America following eight years, leaving Avengers fans reeling. 

The US performing artist uncovered the news in a passionate tweet on Thursday night, implying that the much-cherished character would get the slash in the anticipated Avengers 4.

"Authoritatively wrapped on Avengers 4. It was a passionate day no doubt. Assuming this job throughout the most recent 8 years has been a respect," he composed.

"To everybody before the camera, behind the camera, and in the crowd, thank you for the recollections! Interminably thankful."


Die-hard fans of the avenger & marvel got fairly enthusiastic after the disclosure, in spite of the way that many had anticipated the character's passing.



“#ThankYouChrisEvans for the honour to grow up with you, your potrayal of the most selfless Hero has thought me a lot, it's been an amazing 8 years.. Wish we could do this all over again.. But like all good things, this must come to an end also,” one person wrote on Twitter.

He proceeded with: 'I mean, I think we as a whole [thought] Avengers 4 sort of wraps it up. Yet, now I don't have the foggiest idea about what's straightaway, however year by 2019 that is it...Well, we'll see.' 





What's more, now in the wake of 'affirming' his leave, Evans, whose total assets is evaluated to be $50 million, has just started arranging post-Cap jobs, including a job inverse Daniel Craig in Rian Johnson's homicide riddle Knives Out.

Evans has depicted the notable comic book saint in 10 films, including Captain America: The First Avenger and Civil War. 




It was broadly theorized that the character would be slaughtered off sooner or later, with Evans himself as of late saying: "You need to get off the prepare before they drive you off."
